Lender Message Board
The Lender Message Board is updated each week. New messages for the week are identified by the  symbol. Items under the More section, located toward the bottom of the page, provide links to information on topics that were recently listed on this Message Board.
The e-Library's Commission Meeting Schedule page has been updated to reflect the projected meeting schedule through November 2009. A listing of specific agenda items will be available prior to each meeting via the e-Library's ISAC's Governing Board: The Commission area.
Various ISAC materials have been created in a large-print format for visually-impaired users, and are available in the Job Aids & Reference Materials area (#12) of College Zone's e-Library. The pieces can be printed and then copied and distributed as necessary by partners who may find them helpful.
A November 10th electronic announcement from the U.S. Department of Education (ED) provides the content of a letter from Secretary of Education Margaret Spellings regarding the extension of the Ensuring Continued Access to Student Loans Act. The letter was sent to the Chief Executive Officers of lenders participating in the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP).
ISAC's upcoming holiday processing schedules (through New Year's Day) are available for loan records [CommonLine and Common Account Maintenance (CAM) files].
