At your fingertips, Lenders, Servicers, Guarantors, Secondary Markets and all other lending institution personnel will have access to a centralized source of marketing information and operational guidance concerning ISAC's programs, processes and resources.

Lender Message Board

The Lender Message Board is updated each week.  New messages for the week are identified by the symbol. Items under the More section, located toward the bottom of the page, provide links to information on topics that were recently listed on this Message Board.

 Visit with ISAC staff in the Governor's Tent at the 2010 Illinois State Fair in Springfield. During the fair, which runs from August 13 through August 22, the Governor's Tent is open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

 Effective August 2, 2010, the hours during which ISAC's Lender Communication Center (which includes the Lender Services Department) will be available to provide customer service will be between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (CT). Two July 22, 2010 "News from NASFAA" postings share resources from the recent National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA) Conference. The first posting is an overview of the U.S. Department of Education's update regarding recent and future changes to the federal student aid programs. The second posting provides access to handouts from various NASFAA Conference interest sessions (including "Cohort Default Rate Calculations and Impacts," "Update on NSLDS," "Loan Repayment and Forgiveness Plans," and "Private Education Loans").

ISAC Administrative Rules, which have been adopted for the 2010-11 academic year, are available within the e-Library here at College Zone.

A State Legislative Update, which was last updated on
July 9, describes recent action taken on the budget for fiscal year 2011, which began on July 1, 2010.
