Visit with ISAC staff in the Governor's Tent at the 2010 Illinois State Fair in Springfield. During the fair, which runs from August 13 through August 22, the Governor's Tent is open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Effective August 2, 2010, the hours during which ISAC's Lender Communication Center (which includes the Lender Services Department) will be available to provide customer service will be between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (CT). Further details, as well as information regarding Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP) activities that ISAC continues to support, are provided in a July 29

Two July 22, 2010 "News from NASFAA" postings share resources from the recent National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA) Conference. The first posting is an overview of the U.S. Department of Education's update regarding recent and future changes to the federal student aid programs. The second posting provides access to handouts from various NASFAA Conference interest sessions (including "Cohort Default Rate Calculations and Impacts," "Update on NSLDS," "Loan Repayment and Forgiveness Plans," and "Private Education Loans").
